Still no cement

as I said yesterday, on our way to church Sunday, we checked on the progress of the house.  Although we were told that the foundation was going to be poured either Friday, January 24 or Monday, January 27, there wasn't any cement.

However, according to the husband, progress was made in the last week.

I wouldn't know, because I didn't get up close and personal with my photos last week.  Rather, I just stepped out of the car and snapped a shot. 

So this week, I got up and walked the lot a little bit.  Apparently, we should be close to the foundation being poured as most of the "pre-work" and hopefully related inspections have taken place.

I look forward to going next Sunday and seeing some cement and actual foundation.

But I guess I can't complain, progress is still progress...and as long as progress is being made, there is a chance that we'll be in before this baby comes, right?!?!
