100 Challenge

A few weeks ago, I heard about how Chobani is celebrating their new Chobani Simply 100 Crunch line.  As part of this celebration, they were encouraging everyone to "crunch the numbers" by dedicating themselves to living life a little lighter.


Seeing that we've been on a fairly big health kick in our house since January 1st (both the husband and I completed a Whole30 and briefly started a Whole9 this week, he's been walking/running, and I've been doing 21 Day Fix workouts at least 5 days a week), it seemed like it was a campaign that fit in really well with our lifestyle...

...and let's be honest, given my love of wine and chocolate, I could stand to burn an extra hundred calories a day...

So here are some simple (or maybe not so simple) suggests as to how



What about you?  Willing to commit to living life a little lighter?  If so, how will you do it?

As for me, I'll commit to 100 extra crunches per day.  Let's be honest, that's about all the time this crazy busy momma has right now!
