As in zero, zilch, nada, nothing. Somewhat of a disappointment. Although our builder did warn us that this was possible given that we are waiting on the final inspection and approval from the city prior to the drywalls.
But I had hoped that at a minimum the four issues that we identified during our walk through would have been fixed. But again, wishful thinking.
Hopefully, this next week jump starts the progress again as we are currently being told that we'll close in less than 9 weeks from tomorrow. Which I am not buying at all. However, if that isn't going to happen we'll need to know sooner rather than later as (a) we already have the movers scheduled for the Friday following the tentative close and (b) we are likely going to put in our 60 day notice to our apartment complex this week that our last day will be one week following the tentative close.
All of this is too much stress for this pregg-o momma. The Husband does not share in this stress at all. He thinks that 9 weeks is more than enough time. Hopefully, he is right.
In the meantime, fingers crossed.
