Could it be true?

That we might, just might, close on this house prior to Littlest Miss making her debut???

Not ready to say, absolutely, but at least it looks like we've got a chance.  We were out at the house this past Friday and Sunday and there has been quite a bit of progress.  Shockingly.  

Wine closet addressed (a door has since been added)

Floors stained (I forgot to take pics since we were locked outside)

Landscaping and fences done

Appliances installed

Mirrors and lighting installed

Which means that this week they are installing the carpet, touching up paint, and cleaning up our house.  So that WE CAN HAVE A WALK THROUGH NEXT TUESDAY.  Assuming we don't have anything major on our punch list, we should be able to close as planned on Monday, June 16th, and maybe, just maybe close even a bit earlier on Friday, June 13th.

Not that I am excited, or anything.

Now if baby girl will just stay comfy long enough for me to see the movers move my bed into our place...
